At ROLL’N, we are proud to back our electric mopeds with a comprehensive 3-year warranty to give you confidence and peace of mind with your purchase. Our warranty reflects our commitment to quality and reliability, ensuring your ROLL’N moped performs as expected. Below are the terms and conditions of our warranty.

Warranty Coverage

3-Year Warranty Includes:

  1. Frame: Coverage against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

  2. Electric Motor and Battery: Coverage for faults arising from normal use of the motor and battery system.

  3. Controller and Charger: Replacement or repair for any manufacturing defects.

36-Month Limited Warranty:

The following components are covered for 36 months from the date of purchase:

  • Lights and indicators

  • Handlebars, brakes, and suspension

  • Paint and finish against defects (excluding wear and tear)

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover the following:

  • General wear and tear, including tires, brake pads, and consumables.

  • Damage caused by improper use, neglect, accidents, or modifications.

  • Normal aging of components, including performance degradation of the battery over time.

  • Costs associated with regular maintenance or servicing.

  • Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or paint chips.

Battery Performance Warranty

Our batteries are designed to maintain reliable performance throughout their lifespan. However, battery capacity will naturally degrade over time. This warranty covers the battery if capacity drops below 70% within the first three years.

Making a Warranty Claim

If you experience an issue covered by this warranty:

  1. Contact Us: Notify ROLL’N via email or phone, providing proof of purchase and details of the issue.

  2. Assessment: Bring your moped to an authorized ROLL’N service centre for inspection.

  3. Resolution: Depending on the assessment, we will repair, replace, or refund the faulty component at no cost to you.

Additional Information

  • Warranty claims must be lodged within the warranty period.

  • The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

  • Repairs or replacements under warranty do not extend the original warranty period.

  • ROLL’N mopeds must be serviced according to our recommended schedule to maintain warranty coverage.
