CAR LICENCE · QLD, WA, NT & SA
from $4,350
City errands, beach runs and weekend coastal trips. The Cruise does 50 km/h, goes up to 130 km on two removable batteries, and rides on a car licence in QLD, WA, NT and SA.
Colour: Red
In QLD, WA, NT and SA, the Cruise is registered as a moped, so your standard car licence is all you need. No L-plates, no extra test. Pick a colour and ride it home.
Up to 65 km* on the battery it comes with. Add a second battery to the spare slot for up to 130 km*. Slide a battery out and charge it at home or at work from any power point with the included fast charger. About 3–4 hours from flat.
Skip the traffic. Dodge the parking. Arrive fresh. The Cruise gets you through the city at a pace cars can't match, on a bike that costs less than a coffee to charge.
Discs front and rear with CBS combined braking, so both wheels share the work when you pull the lever.
LED headlight, tail light and indicators. Bright at night, easy to spot by day.
Hydraulic three-stage suspension takes the sting out of speed humps and potholes, so you stay in control.
FEATURES
Every Cruise ships with the lot.
Big, clear display with your speed and a battery gauge that reads like a fuel gauge.
Back out of a tight park without paddling it backwards.
USB-A and USB-C ports in the front glovebox keep your phone topped up.
WITH EVERY CRUISE
Pick your colour and it comes kitted out. Nothing extra to buy on day one.
BUILD YOURSSPECIFICATIONS
Yes — in Queensland, Western Australia, the Northern Territory and South Australia the Cruise is classed as a moped, so a standard car licence is all you need. In NSW, Victoria, Tasmania and the ACT you need a motorbike licence or learner permit; the Cruise is LAMS approved, so learner and P-plate riders can ride it. Rules change; check your state transport authority before you buy.
Around 65 km on the standard single battery, and up to 130 km with the optional second battery. Range varies with rider weight, terrain and riding style.
About 3–4 hours per battery from flat. Batteries are removable, so you can charge indoors from any standard power point.
Three years on everything that matters — frame, motor, battery, controller and charger — plus 36 months on lights, brakes and paint. The battery is covered if it drops below 70% capacity within 3 years.
